  • Completely integrated acoustic treatment solution beginning with the heart of the package: Aerzen positive displacement blower that all but eliminates already on formation the air stream pulsations inherent to PD blowers in its patented wave-interference channels.
  • Acoustic hood with quick-release panels that give easy access to all components of the package to fulfill the already minimized maintenance tasks. And, as our customers expect from an environmentally conscious supplier, the entire package with hood is mounted on a permanent steel skid that also forms an oil-drip pan and reduces installation time to a minimum.

Aerzen Products

Aerzen's standard packages are engineered from inlet to discharge to ensure consistency in the performance data supplied to our customers. As a blower and compressor manufacturer, Aerzen assumes responsibility of their entire package, including noise and pulsation treatment.

While Aerzen's lines cover flows to 50,000 cfm, the AERZEN Delta Blower packages cover intake volume flows of 35 cfm (60 m3/h) up to 8500 cfm (14,400 m3/h) and pressures up to 15 psi (1,000 mbar) or 10 psi (700 mbar) depending on the blower sizes.

AERZEN screw compressor packages provide intake volume flows up to 8500 cfm (14,400 m3/h) and 30 psig i.e. 5600 cfm (9500 m3/h) up to 51 psig .

All these machines can be used as vacuum pumps, down to a maximum of 85% continuous vacuum or 25.5 "Hg in a single-stage dry machine.
